In-Store Pickup and Scheduled Deliveries
  • Before checking out, choose between In-Store Pickup or Local Delivery. Select a date and time for your order then proceed to checkout.
  • In-Store Pickup is available on Sundays (between 3-7pm) Mondays (12pm-9pm) and Wednesdays (12pm-9pm) by order confirmation appointment only. (2 Day lead up time is required to prepare your meals.
  • Pick up Location: 7965 S Rainbow Blvd Unit 115 Las Vegas, NV 89139 United States (Inside Torture Gym)
  • When you arrive at Torture Gym for your pickup appointment have your Livewell order confirmation ready to show to the front desk staff. 
    • Las Vegas Local Deliveries can be scheduled Monday and Wednesday between 11am - 6pm and require a 3 day lead up time. Delivery fee is $10 Flat Rate and only available to Zip codes starting with 891** (Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, North Las Vegas)  

    *Meals are estimated to have a shelf life of 7 days when stored at a temperature of 40ºF or lower. Please refrigerate meals immediately upon arrival. 

     

    Heating Instructions

    • Remove all packaging
    • Remove any sauce containers or sauce packets from inside the meal
    • Place meal inside microwave with one side of the lid open for safe venting
    • Microwave on high for 60 seconds (If your meal is protein pancakes or waffles microwave on high for only 30 seconds) 
    • Stir food and microwave for an additional 20-30 seconds as needed (Skip this step for protein pancakes and waffles)

     

    Nutrition information

    • Each individual meal will come with macronutrients labeled on the packaging. (Protein, Carbs, Fats, and Calories)
    • If you have any specific allergies, please specify them on the "Allergies or Special Requests" text box on each product page before adding to cart.

     

    Refund and Cancellation Policy

    • Our goal is that you are completely happy with your order. Please contact us if we've made any mistakes or you're unsatisfied with an order. We will examine on a case by case basis if an order is eligible for a full or partial refund. 
    • Cancellations can be made within 30 minutes of an order being placed. After 30 minutes, your payment will be charged and the order will be processed. If you still wish to cancel after the window has expired, a credit card service fee will be charged (2.9%) and the rest of your payment will be refunded to your original card.
